CommitOS

The Operating System for Commitments

Turn promises into commitments that hold

Propose, negotiate, accept, execute and verify agreements between people, groups and organizations — on top of an immutable record of what everyone actually agreed to.

Built for agreements between parties, not tasks in a list

Every part of the product assumes more than one person has something at stake.

Multi-party by design

Not owner and assignee. Proposers, committers, beneficiaries, verifiers, sponsors and observers, each carrying their own obligations.

Versions that cannot move

Once a version is accepted it is frozen. A material change creates a new version that has to be accepted again — never an in-place edit.

Real negotiation

Request changes, counter-propose, and see exactly which terms moved between one version and the next.

Evidence and verification

Attach private evidence, route it to named verifiers, and record the outcome against the milestone it proves.

Trust you can explain

Every score shows the factors, the weights and the formula behind it. No black box, no silent penalties.

A record, not a feed

Every meaningful action appends an audit event. Nothing is edited away and nothing is silently deleted.

From a conversation to a verified outcome

Four stages, and the system holds the line at each one.

  1. Draft

Set the terms, deadlines and milestones, and say who is on the hook for what.

  2. Negotiate

Send it out. Each party accepts, or requests changes until the terms are right.

  3. Execute

Track milestones, post progress and attach evidence as the work happens.

  4. Verify

Named verifiers sign off, and the outcome becomes part of everyone’s record.
